Welcome to Move & Walk School in Malmö! We are a specialized school where students study subject areas that provide a safe and stimulating learning environment for students with varying needs. Our operations are based on Conductive Pedagogy, an educational method that places the student at the center and focuses on developing the student's potential through active participation and collaboration. About the Position

We are looking for an engaged and certified Special Educator who wants to help further develop our school. As a special educator with us, you will work closely with students, their guardians, and other team members to create individual adaptations and support measures that promote each student's learning and development.

Your Responsibilities

• Adapt teaching according to the student's needs and conditions, based on Conductive Pedagogy.
• Collaborate with the student's guardians and other relevant professionals.
• Participate in teamwork and contribute to a positive and developing work environment.
• Document the student's development and results.
• Be involved in school development work.

Your Qualifications

• Certification as a special educator.
• Willingness to learn about Conductive Pedagogy.
• Experience working with students with varying needs.
• Ability to adapt teaching and create individual solutions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment and passion for making a difference in students' lives.
• Experience working with students in a specialized school focusing on subject areas is an advantage.
